Primary involved in steel structure, process, piping, mechanical, electrical & Instrumentation for offshore well head platforms and structure fabrication.
Job Description
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
Effective completion of construction work and deliverables to meet the needs of the projects. Develop and maintain construction systems and processes. Ensure quality of construction work for fabrication, onshore and offshore. Planning support for construction work and input to issue of accurate and timely progress reports. Management of the construction organization, resource planning and assurance of manpower and personnel requirements to meet the needs of the project.
Assignment and allocation of construction personnel to site works and offshore assignment. Client Relationship management. Resource management and succession plans within the C3 Function. Ensure Health & Safety Responsibilities (ref. SHEQ Responsibilities attached) are adhered to and understood. rive nationalisation and development of national personnel within the construction team.
Education and Experience
Suitable candidates will be degree qualified with experience on Oil & Gas preferred Offshore projects. Candidates are required to have 10 to 15 years experience in the construction EPC projects.
