Job Description

The Senior Project Manager’s key role is to successfully manage, plan and direct all aspects of the project from award ensuring the safety of the workforce and the public, the profitability and delivery to the required time, cost and quality drivers. Direct all aspects of the construction period and interface closely with the Client and other official as required.

Manage and lead a large multi-cultural/multi-disciplinary project team to achieve the required outcomes and to promote the high-performance standards required. Represent the company’s core company values and ensure all aspects of the project comply with all requirements.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a degree in a relevant discipline, along with at least 12 years’ experience in construction and interior and fit-out works. Must have Corporate Real Estate experience and preferably have Project Management Office experience. Must have Programme and Cost Management experience.

A detailed understanding of technical interface for and applicable to large scale construction, Design, Programme and Budget Control is vital to have. Risk management and mitigation. Stakeholder and logistical management. Project implementation plans management. Liaison with international teams across Asia. The candidate must be eligible to work in Singapore.
