Job Description
The Senior Planning Manager will be responsible for:
Collaborating with the Technical Manager to plan activities and allocate resources. Analyzing critical issues using the Critical Path Method. Integrating the project’s Work Breakdown Structure for ongoing work variations. Assisting the Procurement Manager in preparing the Procurement Plan for project materials.
Monitoring and controlling work progress, comparing against planned schedules. Simulating production scenarios to address typical order activity issues. Communicating planning results to relevant functions and liaising with customers under the Technical Manager’s guidance.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years’ experience, including 5 years as Planning Manager. Must have expertise in Technical Civil Building Site Management and proficiency in Primavera and MS Project.
The candidate needs to have the ability to develop projects and create final balance sheets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and spoken English skills are crucial to have for this role.
