Job Description

The Senior Planner will oversee the delivery of Program and Portfolio Advisory Services, PPP Advisory, Independent Reviewer Services, and Program Compliance Services within our rapidly expanding PPA business unit.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess a background in building, infrastructure, or civil engineering, along with expertise in project planning, schedule management, risk management, and progress tracking. Must have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or in any related field and at least 8 years of relevant planning experience within the construction industry.

Experience in construction cost estimation or quantity surveying would be advantageous, including previous exposure to examining TIA, EOT, and Prolongation claims. Must be proficiency in P6 and preferably has experience with Python.

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. The ability to deliver concise reports tailored to various audiences is ideal. Needs to have impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
