Our Client is an international Claims Consultant that provides construction contract consultancy services to the construction engineering, power, process, petrochemical and oil and gas industries worldwide dealing specifically with the many disputes and varied problems which frequently arise.
Job Description
The Consultant will be helping in documents preparation, submissions, and advice for the different contractual matters in the construction. Support the arbitration, mediation, and expert witness activities. Assist in conducting public or in-house training and seminars.
Education and Experience
The successful candidate needs to have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or any related discipline with professional qualification such as RICS, HKIS or equivalent. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry, working with consultants or contractors and have experience in construction claims.
The candidate must have the ability of meeting tight deadlines and possess a high level of integrity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be a team player and can communicate and coordinate effectively with others. This role requires excellent command English language, both spoken and written. Must also be fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese.
