Our Client is an international Claims Consultant that provides construction contract consultancy services to the construction engineering, power, process, petrochemical and oil and gas industries worldwide dealing specifically with the many disputes and varied problems which frequently arise.

Job Description

The Senior Consultant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparation of documents and submissions for contractual rights and entitlements, including notices, claims for extension of time, loss and expense, and variations claims. Providing advice on contractual matters and dispute resolutions.

Assist in preparation of documents for mediation, arbitration, and expert witness reports.  Assist in leading public or in-house seminars and training involving contractual matters.

Education and Experience

The candidate must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field, along with professional qualifications such as RICS, HKIS, or an equivalent certification. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry with either a consultant or contractor is required.

Candidates should have expertise in preparing and advising on variations, claims, extension of time, and related contractual submissions. Experience in construction claims, arbitration, and expert witness services will be an advantage
