Job Description
As a Senior Director for Construction Disputes, you’ll oversee analyses and enhance analytical skills while deeply engaging in client services. You will manage detailed analyses of project schedule delays, cost overruns, and productivity, alongside assisting in research and data analysis. Supervise personnel and support recruitment and staff development initiatives.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Conducting detailed analyses of project schedules, costs, productivity, contracts, and change orders. This involves researching and analyzing project cost records, financial statements, and using company tools for claim methodology.
Developing computer models, supervising personnel, and ensuring proper documentation are also key responsibilities, along with engagement planning and client communications. Additionally, supporting administrative functions, recruitment, and staff development efforts is part of the role.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Needs to have experience in construction and engineering industries, along with proficiency in MS Office products.
Candidates should have expertise in damages and investigative work, effective communication skills, strong project management abilities, and be an efficient problem solver.
Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner and project scheduling technique experience is ideal.
