Job Description
The Claims Quantity Surveyor’s responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Assisting in the documents preparation, submissions, and advice for the different contractual matters. Assisting in mediation, arbitration, and expert witness activities. Assisting in in-house or public seminars and training.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with consultants or contractors. A professional qualification such as RICS, HKIS, or equivalent is essential. Previous involvement in construction claims would be greatly beneficial. Demonstrated capacity to meet strict deadlines and effectively analyze and resolve crucial contractual matters is essential. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is required.
