Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of the project, as well as Client and Stakeholder Management

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establishing and documenting the overall project management plan (PMP). Managing both pre-and post-contract phases to deliver within the key project performance criteria. Coordinating with the Engineer and the General Contractor in execution of the construction phase and achieving contract deliverables and outcomes within fundamental parameters of time, quality and cost.

Applying quality management principles and processes. Ensure full coordination and effective implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental processes, and protocols. Applying risk assessment and management principles and processes. Networking effectively, negotiating well and influence people, brokering relationships with stakeholders within the project. Providing leadership and support to the project team.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a degree in a relevant discipline, along with at least 5 years’ experience in construction and interior and fit-out works in a similar role. Must have Corporate Real Estate experience and preferably have Project Management Office experience. Must have Programme and Cost Management experience.

A detailed understanding of technical interface for and applicable to large scale construction, Design, Programme and Budget Control is vital to have. Risk management and mitigation. Stakeholder and logistical management. Project implementation plans management. Liaison with international teams across Asia. The candidate must be eligible to work in Singapore.
