Our Client is an international Claims Consultant that provides construction contract consultancy services to the construction engineering, power, process, petrochemical and oil and gas industries worldwide dealing specifically with the many disputes and varied problems which frequently arise.
Job Description
Delay Analyst duties will include:
Providing support to claims team for claims defence and preparation. Assessing the causes and effects of delays and helping to determine responsibility and entitlements for extension of time (EOT) claims.
Having excellent knowledge of the various recognised (Society of Construction Law Protocol) forms of delay analysis, when these should be deployed and their pros and cons.
Providing forensic delay analysis and planning support to experts involved in mediation, arbitration and litigation work and assist the expert in the writing and production of expert programming reports.
Education and Experience
Must have a degree in Engineering, or a related discipline. Must have excellent Primavera P6 skills. 10+ years’ experience as a Delay Analyst, or similar role. International experience preferred. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional fluency in Cantonese would be an advantage.
