Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage key construction and refurbishment projects, with a focus on data centres and A&A works. This role requires someone who understands the full project lifecycle and can confidently navigate tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and evolving priorities.

You’ll take ownership of project implementation, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. A thorough understanding of design interfaces and technical coordination is essential. Risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and programme delivery will be a central part of the role. You’ll be expected to communicate clearly, resolve issues quickly, and represent the client in a professional and proactive manner.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least eight years of experience in project management, specifically within data centre construction or A&A refurbishment works. Previous experience working with a PMC or on the client side is highly preferred. A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is expected.

You must be well-versed in Hong Kong building codes and regulations, with practical knowledge of best practices in the local industry. Experience in programme and cost management is essential. Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese are required.

You must be eligible to work in Hong Kong and available to start immediately or within one month. A relevant professional qualification is a strong advantage.
