Job Description
Quantity Surveying duties will include:
Valuation of Compensation Events. Managing EWN (Early Warning Notices), compensation events and notifications under the contract. Project cost management and control – preparing weekly / monthly update reports. Assessing time and cost entitlements – providing detailed and accurate analysis of quantum and progress. Managing various subcontractor accounts. Claims preparation and dispute resolution.
Education and Experience
Must have a degree in Quantity Surveying BSc (or higher) or degree from a related discipline. Preferably be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor – MRICS or HKIS. Minimum 4 years’ construction experience in buildings, civils, rail or tunnelling. Previous NEC experience preferred. Fluent in spoken English, high standard of written English.
