Job Description

The Project Manager will support the delivery of complex construction and refurbishment projects, particularly in data centre and A&A environments. This role involves managing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and technical expectations are consistently met.

You’ll need to be confident working in fast-paced settings and be capable of guiding the project through its full lifecycle. A strong grasp of local building codes and construction regulations is essential. Your focus will be on risk management, programme delivery, and clear communication with all parties involved.

You’ll be expected to work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain alignment across design, cost, and timeline objectives. A practical understanding of design interfaces and the technical details around budget control and scheduling is important for success in this role.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least five years of project management experience within the construction sector, with a preference for data centre or A&A refurbishment projects. Experience working with or under a PMC setup is highly regarded.

A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is expected. You must be fluent in English and Cantonese, eligible to work in Hong Kong, and available to start within one month.

Professional qualifications are preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a clear understanding of programme and cost management are essential.
