Job Description

The MEP Coordinator’s responsibilities will include assisting in the supervision and coordination of all Mechanical and Electrical works and working closely with other departments to ensure project or tender schedules are met. Executing ELV works during the building construction. Perform project supervision and documentation.

Communicating and liaising with subcontractors on their submissions such as method statements, drawings, samples, materials, and work progress. Attending meetings whenever required. Ensuring everything is following all necessary standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations. Performing other activities as and when required.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will need to have a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Will have at least 5 years of experience working in the same field. It is advantageous to have PE/LEW license. Must be proficient in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
