Job Description
The BIM Modeler will be responsible for:
Design of MEP systems and implementation of the same. Making sure CAD drawings and/or BIM models are in compliance with the quality standards. Whenever necessary, redesign drawings following the mark-ups and specifications. Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness and accuracy of the drawings. Read, assess, and interpret designs and drawings.
Create and execute work methodologies and strategies. Record and update all drawings. Keep a record and maintain all project drawings revisions. Ensure timely technical assistance and solutions are provided to the team. Participate in BIM coordination or meetings.
Education and Experience
The candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as BIM Modeler or CAD Drafter. Will have at least a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. Must have knowledge of electrical, fire protection, ACMV design. Need to have excellent skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Naviswork, as well as experience with the use of MS Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
