Our client is a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor with global offices. They specialize in the design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the Built Environment along with several industrial projects. They have a good order book of projects within the Rail sector, commercial buildings, data centres, and some industrial work.
Job Description
The responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
The Technical Design & Cost Estimation for the company’s future projects and give engineering support to existing projects. Make sure all the designs and the tendering follow the tender specification requirements, standards, and relevant codes and practices. Examine and ensure all the tendering submissions are cost competitive and effective, allowing the company to acquire new projects.
Perform demand and competition analysis, price negotiations, and constant communication with stakeholders to increase project opportunities. Perform market and competitor analysis for the company’s growth. Manage the Electrical Engineering teams and other relevant staff.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate needs to have a degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent. Need to have experience in leading and managing the electrical engineering team.
