Job Description 

As a Data Centre MEP Project Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing on-site activity and guiding multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle. You’ll be a visible presence on-site, monitoring progress and ensuring that safety practices are consistently upheld. Working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, you’ll manage all snagging activities, coordinate scheduling, and help maintain momentum across project phases. 

The role will involve identifying potential challenges early and working collaboratively with the team to resolve them efficiently. You’ll help implement and refine key project processes, partnering with the client to improve systems and ensure smooth delivery.  

Attending and leading regular meetings, you’ll keep all stakeholders aligned, provide clear updates, and drive problem-solving discussions when needed. Throughout the project, you’ll apply and maintain agreed procedures, working to ensure high standards are upheld at every stage. 

Education and Experience 

The ideal candidate has direct experience managing large-scale data centre projects, with strong familiarity across MEP scopes. A degree in Construction or Project Management is preferred, although equivalent practical experience will also be considered. If you’re currently pursuing a professional certification in project management, support is available to help you achieve it.  

You’re highly detail-oriented, focused on quality, and comfortable communicating clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building strong relationships through openness, trust, and shared goals.
