Job Description
Candidate must be a Quantity surveyor with 3-5 years’ experience working for a Fit-out contractor within Malaysia. You will be overseeing the Commercial Department consisting of one Junior Contract Executive and monitoring specialist sub-contractors, including, payments and monthly cost analysis as well as estimating and tendering for new projects.
Education and Experience
The candidate will have 5 years of experience in construction or building services industry. Must have 2 years in a Construction Management role. Experience of working independently. Must have the ability to think independently and have strong problem-solving skills. Will have a degree in any Engineering discipline. Mechanical or Electrical will be an added advantage.
