Construction in Myanmar

The economy in Myanmar is expected to grow  by 6.8% growth in 2020, one of the faster growing GDP’s in Asia following decades of under investment. The Construction sector makes up 16.5% of GDP and has been growing at a rate of 10% in recent years.

Middle Range Condominiums are in high demand and with the population of Yangon expected to grow by 3 million over the next 10 years. Opportunities for the future have been created with the recently signed Gambling Act and Government initiatives related to boost infrastructure projects.
